Lesson

Lesson Waiver
Anyone who is taking a skiing/snowboard lesson including: private lessons, group lessons, youth programs, learn-to-turn, or any lesson product we offer must have this waiver on file. Only the lesson participant (if 18+ years old) or the Parent/Guardian of the minor participant may fill this out.
