Please note: Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold. If you cannot use your pass due to lack of snow, medical reasons, pregnancy, divorce, moving away or any other reason, you will not receive a refund. Purchase Season Pass insurance to protect your investment in the event you can't use your pass for medical reasons. Protect your investment with Season Pass Insurance. If you are not able to use your pass for medical reasons, we'll give you a pro-rated credit for the following season.

PAYMENT PLAN & CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL LITTLE SWITZERLAND AND SNO SEASON PASS PURCHASES PAID-IN-FULL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
If you enroll in the Little Switzerland Pass Payment Plan program, you agree and authorize Schmitz Brothers, LLC. (dba Little Switzerland) to charge your credit card in connection with the purchase of your Little Switzerland or Sno Pass. You will be charged a non-refundable deposit and an optional pass insurance premium (if chosen) which are due at the time of enrollment. The balance will be charged in two (2) installments at 30 days and 60 days respectively from purchase date. Your final payment amount will include the outstanding balance owed on your purchase which may vary slightly from your prior two (2) payments to reflect the full purchase price (including sales tax) of the product. The final payment must be received by September 1st.
It is your responsibility to update your account with any changes to your credit card information. Failure to report changes to your credit card information may result in suspension and/or cancellation of this purchase agreement, or forfeiture of funds paid in accordance with this purchase agreement. You may update your credit card by contacting our office at 262-297-9621. Do not email us your credit card information.
You may cancel this payment plan purchase agreement at any time prior to September 1, 2021 as long as your pass has not been used by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org ("Cancellation Notice"). The following information must be included in your Cancellation Notice:
- Order number
- First name, last name, and date of birth associated with pass being cancelled
- Phone number (in case we need to reach you)
If you cancel this purchase agreement by providing Cancellation Notice prior to August 31, 2021, you will be reimbursed for all payment amounts paid and received by us as of the cancellation date less the non-refundable deposit and any pass insurance premium (if applicable). If the pass has been used, no refund is available.
If you do not complete all required payments under this purchase agreement and/or you do not provide Cancellation Notice by September 1, 2021, then you are deemed to have forfeited all amounts paid to us as of that date.
Any cancellation right offered under this purchase agreement is valid for and applies to unused Little Switzerland or Sno Pass products. Please allow two weeks to process a Cancellation Notice with your credit card company. All pass purchases paid in full are considered non-refundable. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your credit card information. Payment plan purchase option is offered on Little Switzerland and Sno Season Pass products only.
