Group Outings

• Group tickets and rentals will only be good for the 4 days chosen by your group coordinator. If your child misses a day due to sickness or injury, with a doctors note, they will be issued a Little Switerzland gift card for the missed outings.
• If students miss for any other reason, you will not receive credit or a refund for the missed outing.

Communication

• All communication should go through your group coordinator.
• Please do not contact the hill directly for specific group questions. Your coordinator will contact the group representative at Little Switzerland to answer any questions you may have.
• Please check our social media and website for information on closings due to weather.

Injury

• Injuries may happen while participating in an alpine sport.
• Our ski patrol will be available to all guests that may need assistance.
• Ski patrol will contact the group coordinator who will contact the parent of the injured skier or boarder.

Loyalty Card

• Each student that purchases a 4X group ticket will receive a loyalty card at their first outing.
• The loyalty card is good for 4 discounted outings outside of your group outings.
• This can be redeemed at the ticket windows during the times specified on the physical card.

Lessons and Terrain Based Learning (TBL)

• Students need to be 7 or older to participate in a group.
• TBL is a self-paced and independent way of learning how to ski or snowboard.
• Instructors are available from 4PM-7PM on group nights for tips and tricks to help students learn.
• Students are welcome to come and go from TBL as they please throughout this time.
• This is not a lesson! If a student is struggling to learn using TBL, we encourage them to book a private lesson with our Snow School Office.
• We do offer a Beyond the Basic Lesson at 6:00PM during weeks 3 and 4 of your group for a $20 upgrade (Week 3: Intro to Freestyle, Week 4: Intro to Greens and Blues).
• Parents are welcome to watch TBL from the Warming Hut or the parent viewing area (behind the fencing). Parents should not be in the TBL area or on the hill.
• *Friday AM groups: we have limited instructors available during the day on Fridays, TBL may or may not be staffed for your outing, but students are welcome to utilize the TBL area.
